Recruitment Essentials: Innovative Strategies for Student Recruitment
This interactive two-day workshop explores strategic approaches to recruiting future PA students. Designed for PA educators, admissions and enrollment professionals, institutional leadership, and staff involved in outreach and enrollment, the workshop will guide participants through aligning recruitment strategies with their program’s mission, admissions goals, and needs of the PA workforce.
Participants will examine common challenges in recruitment—such as application volume, outreach, and pathway barriers—and leave with a draft of an individualized mission-driven strategic recruitment plan.
Through collaborative activities, case discussions, and peer feedback, attendees will gain practical tools to assess current efforts, engage key stakeholders, and design initiatives that are data-driven, adaptable, and sustainable.
